Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note, all returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Any un-authorized returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 - 10 business days for your refund to process. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to display in your account as processing times vary based on payment providers.
